The Zvaniņu Bathhouse is special for its simplicity, the offered bath rituals and procedures are based on the traditions of our people and the wisdom of our ancestors. The sauna is our temple, where the unity of nature and man takes place through the elements. The sauna ritual is like an adventure that takes place on several levels – healing the body, focusing on sensations, getting to know oneself, relying on another person and experiencing an altered state of consciousness. With the help of the sauna, we can have many nice, pleasant and healthy moments, because we go to the sauna not only to cleanse ourselves physically, strengthen our health, but also to cleanse ourselves spiritually, to talk to the Goddess, to organize our inner emotional and spiritual world.
